Under the name lupus suisse, there exists a patient organization as a non-profit association within the meaning of Art. 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code.
The current statutes of the lupus suisse association were approved at the General Assembly on August 22, 2020, and replaced the statutes that had been in effect since 2009.
Statutes are essential for an association. They are the foundation of an association and regulate the purpose, organization, governing bodies, rights and obligations of the members, as well as the financing of the association.
