Stat­utes

Under the name lupus suisse, there exists a patient organ­iz­a­tion as a non-profit asso­ci­ation with­in the mean­ing of Art. 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code.

The cur­rent stat­utes of the lupus suisse asso­ci­ation were approved at the Gen­er­al Assembly on August 22, 2020, and replaced the stat­utes that had been in effect since 2009.

Stat­utes are essen­tial for an asso­ci­ation. They are the found­a­tion of an asso­ci­ation. They reg­u­late the pur­pose, organ­iz­a­tion, and gov­ern­ing bod­ies. They reg­u­late the rights and oblig­a­tions of the mem­bers as well as the fin­an­cing of the association.
